I have been working some really long hours lately to try and get some projects done while we are understaffed. As a consequence, I haven’t been down to Crossfit Adelaide for a few weeks now! Especially with all of the traveling, this has been really hard.
So, in order to try and maintain some level of fitness I have devised a set of workouts that I can do in the office (while my tests are running and no one else is about!). This is the first of them.
Countdowns
These are a crossfit favourite - usually 21, 15 and 9 reps respectively but I sometimes do 10,8,6,4,2 if I’m pushed for time. The problem is finding stuff that you can do in the office! So I usually do;
21-15-9 (thats 21 reps, then 15, then 9 of each exercise, alternating)
Only takes a couple of minutes and it gets the blood flowing again on those long, late night coding sessions.
